Customers must request a return within 2 days of receiving the product.
Wrong product delivered (wrong design, color, or size)
Manufacturing defect or damage
Product does not match the confirmed order specifications
Used or washed products
Custom-made products (e.g., based on customer-specific sizes)
Return request based only on change of mind
If the product is correct but the customer simply does not like it
Contact us first via phone, inbox, or email
You may be asked to send a photo or video as proof
Our team will review and confirm eligibility
If approved, you must return the product via courier
Once we receive the returned product, we will send a replacement or resolve the issue within 7 business days
We generally do not offer refunds
In rare or special cases, refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis
